After I got past the claustrophobia of the POV of this book (epistolic in blogs to public, friends-only, or private filter) it's been a blast.

I'm still stupid in love with this book I'm writing.

What's up with that?

I mean, besides the fact that the heroine does parkour, is rebelling against the gang-society (note: this is a bad idea), and has fight instincts that are the only thing that can provoke her into accidental magic.

How can you hate that?!

I am so happy to be writing by hand again.

It's been over a year, I think, since I was working on a novel manuscript by hand, and it's gotten a little less normative even before that.
It feels like returning to the writing I loved as a teen.

Sometimes I forget to have other girls in a book. Now, that's exaggerating--though when I was younger I did that a lot.
